Founder of Tech4Kids
Meet Our Founder
Paul Rapier, the founder of Tech4Kids, started the organization after witnessing firsthand the digital divide that exists in Detroit. Growing up, Paul saw how access to technology could change the trajectory of a young person's life.
After a career in the tech industry, Paul decided to give back to his community by founding Tech4Kids. The organization started with a simple goal: provide laptops to students who didn't have access to a computer at home.
Today, Tech4Kids has grown to serve 75 students across 4 schools, providing not just devices but comprehensive digital skills training and career pathways in technology.
